UX Design Intern, Copenhagen, 2016. Volt is a powerbank startup focussed on providing power to festival goers. They aim to deliver the best possible Mobile Recharging experience for smartphones at festivals where traditional power sources are not easily accessible. They have provided this service at more than 35 different festivals in six countries. I was hired to help run a new venture - VoltGo - a concept in collaboration with DSB and 7/11 to provide power to pendlers. Users would obtain a monthly membership through a subscription based model and could then swap their powerless powerbank for a fully charged one in a 7/11 therefore never having to worry about their phone dying. I learnt a lot about entrepreneurship, stakeholder management, user-testing, surveys, UI/UX as well as video sketching. My role was very pratical, participating in festivals and being present at train stations weekly to gain access to potential future customers. I was also Store Manager in charge of ensuring a smooth experience for the powerbank swaps within the participating 7/11 stores. #powertogo
